Where We Ship
Usta & Co. currently ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Additional international destinations are coming soon. Join our Collector's Circle to be the first notified when new shipping regions become available.
Shipping Rates
- FREE shipping on all orders over $300
- Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): $15
- Express Shipping (3–5 business days): $50
All shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Shipping times do not include processing time.
Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During this time, your piece is carefully inspected, wrapped, and packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How We Pack Your Piece
Every Usta & Co. product is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted ceramic. We take extreme care in packaging each order to gallery-grade standards. Every piece is:
- Wrapped in custom tissue paper with protective foam corners
- Nestled in a rigid presentation box with a velvet-lined interior
- Placed in a secondary shipping carton with additional cushioning
- Insured for full retail value
Our packaging is designed to protect museum-grade art — and to create an unboxing experience worth keeping.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. You can also track your order at any time through your account dashboard on our website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Despite our careful packaging, damage may occasionally occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at help@ustaandco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
If your package is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada & UK Orders)
Orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Usta & Co. does not collect, control, or reimburse these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
