Does the gift card expire?
No. Usta & Co. gift cards never expire. Your recipient can take all the time they need to discover the piece that resonates with them.
Can the gift card be used on any product?
Yes. The gift card can be applied to any item in our collection — plates, future pieces, and any new collections we release. It works across all regions and artisan collections.
What if the piece costs more than the gift card?
No problem at all. The gift card balance is applied at checkout, and the remaining amount can be paid with any other payment method. Gift cards can also be combined.
Can I check the gift card balance?
Yes. You can check your remaining balance at any time by entering the gift card code at checkout, or by visiting our balance checker page.
Can I send the gift card to someone else directly?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can enter the recipient's name, email address, and a personal message. They'll receive the gift card directly in their inbox.
